We just received your fridge magnet football schedule and it occurred to me that I don't believe I ever did formally thank you for your real estate services and selling our house. So here it is, thank you Kathy! Looking back, it was a smooth sale and you were a great help with an enjoyable personality that worked well with us. In addition, thank you for the pizza gift certificate you sent our family. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at our favorite local pizza place.

Just in case you wonder... our new house is currently under construction and moving along well with only minor glitches, thankfully, and hope the rest will continue the same. I'll attach a picture to give you an idea of what it will look like. It's a story and a half as you should be able to see. We are extremely excited to be moving back into our "own home" again.

Kathy, I hope you had a great Christmas and your New Year is full of fun and success. Thank you for the first aid kit. I will carry it in my tackle box. Now that I'm retired, fishing has become a more frequent activity. To fill my time when I'm not fishing, I'm a member of the Anoka City Planning Commission, the Anoka County Corrections Board and a director of my Townhome Association. I also build custom fishing rods. These rods are unique to each person's wishes and have their name on the side. In the last two months I have build over a dozen rods for people. In the right hands, they are guaranteed to catch fish. I hope the housing market is still treating you well. You are very good at what you do and I do not know of a harder working agent.

Dear Kathy, Thank you so much for selling my home. Even with the slow down of the market, you never stopped trying hard and giving it all you had. When asked, I was always able to honestly tell people that you were working very hard for me, and that you continued to have faith the house would sell. In addition to your hard work, I appreciate the trust and faith I could place in you. When mistakes happened, like one realtor losing the house keys, you made sure I got repaid for the locksmith by the realtor at fault. Kathy Dorso recently assisted my family on the sale and purchase of our old and new home. Kathy did an excellent job in making suggestions and assessing the proper value of our house.
